[B]A young father fatally shot his three-month-old son in front of police in the US, then was shot and critically wounded by the officers after turning the gun on them, police say.[/B]
Adam Theall, 21, was outside a home in upstate New York on Tuesday morning when state troopers arrived after receiving emergency calls that he had threatened to kill the child.
He fired a shotgun at his son, Eithen Theall, then turned it on the three troopers who had arrived at the scene, according to State Police Captain Francis Coots.

Shooting someone with a shotgun doesn't not warrant torture. Considering he called the police prior to doing it I would imagine he has mental issues, he doesn't deserve to be killed, he should be put in a mental institue to try and fix his problems.
You gotta wonder about these kinda people, like how they think, what was going through their minds, how they were raised, all that.
