Might as well post this too since all the other comic con trailers are here. New film by Guy Ritchie (Sherlock Holmes movies)
interesting cinematography film looks a bit silly tho
I'm a big fan of Guy Ritche, he always does really interesting things with his movies. I'd be down to see how this crazy cinematography works for a film like this
Guy Ritchie, in my opinion, needs to go back to his old style a bit more. Get a little closer to things like Snatch and Lock Stock than his most recent films. The Man from UNCLE was okay, but it didn't feel like a Guy Ritchie film.
what the fuck iunno how to feel about this i guess it'd be interesting to see how it turns out just because of how silly it is
Looks kinda dumb but will watch it for the fights cos they look p sick
Was that littlefinger with the bow at 2:07?
yes
I hope Roose is a troll in this like he was in GoT
interesting cinematography film looks a bit silly tho
It does look pretty bombastic. But hey, I'm no naysayer to the ol' sword and sorcery. And I do like a bit of Arthurian legend. I do hope we see some knights of the Round Table in this one. Maybe between their quests, they can sequin vests and impersonate Clark Gable?
I hope Roose is a troll in this like he was in GoT
It is good to see that he has recovered from being poisoned by our enemies.
This looks extremely silly. I'm really not sure how seriously the film takes itself. [editline]23rd July 2016[/editline] One thing for sure though, what I'm seeing can't make me believe for one second that it's taking place in like 500-ish AD Britain.

Man from UNCLE couldn't have been shot by anyone else. Not that it's his best work, but it's got his hallmarks all over it.
Looks pretty fun like his Sherlock Movies. [editline]23rd July 2016[/editline]
This looks extremely silly. I'm really not sure how seriously the film takes itself.
I kinda like that though. Fantasy films are ok to be serious, but it's good to see something that can be serious, but also be silly too, like Sherlock Holmes.
Is that Iwan Rheon (Ramsay Bolton) singing?
I hope Roose is a troll in this like he was in GoT
I hope he tells romantic hunting stories like the one about how he met Ramsay's mother.
interesting (but good) casting choices. also, will be interesting to see guy ritchie's typical montage play out with a medieval setting. i foresee that this might be something to ride home about if it pays off.
He sure does love his gyroscopic running shots
interesting cinematography film looks a bit silly tho
i like it a super serious king arthur film wouldn't really be any good nowadays anyway
Was that CIA with the bow at 2:07?
but honestly the original king arthur texts were just as silly with everyone being off-kilter and mainly thinking with their dicks (a very common trait in mythology) so this might be a pretty good adaptation
This looks ridiculous. I gotta see it
Song: Sam Lee - The Wild, Wild berry I can't wait for the whole OST of this movie.

What is this even meant to be? It looks like it has absolutely nothing to do with the Arthurian Legend beyond the sword and the stone. Is this another bastardisation of European legends and folk tales?
^ I was thinking the same thing I have no idea whats going on it just seems like chaos and fighting for the sake of action also am I the only one that thought "Medieval movie so lets get alot of actors from game of thrones?"

Looks enjoyable. I'll go catch a matinee showing unless it's a boring pile of shit
it seems like they're going for a korrelian version of Historia Regum Britanniae. will probably see the battle of badon which is fair since in Le Morte d'Arthur it was "yeah tldr he became king"
This is so weird, I like it Charlie Hunnam is great
