I did not expect stupidity to steamroll this threads front page. Iranian border guards probably mistaken them for drug traffickers, or thought they were armed perhaps. A couple Iranians =/= Entire country. This happens all the time.

I can understand someone being a bit trigger-happy right now. Though that has nothing to do with this incident in particular. I'd imagine the border guard just thought the traders were smuggling drugs or something; nothing anywhere near as big as what people seem to be making it out to be.
