It's cardio exercise and is good for you. With the crunches, do about 10 to start, then a short break, then build up to 20, or whatever is good for you. Again, try looking for more information on the internet. I suggest you google 'crash diet' if you want to lose it real fucking fast, but risk gaining it again, or just search 'weight loss program' if you have more time.

asking for a pic because theres some things im worrying about which would entirely change what advice i give you. if you want to really keep doing this shy bullshit about your looks just add me on steam and ill help you when i get home. if its the simplest then i can make you get to your goal in less than a month.

Honestly, I'd side with Casnus and I hope you'd read why. There are millions of people in condition worse, and that you're willing to do something about it already makes you better than them, dig? Guy with a belly and motivation to lose it is not a shameful thing at all, shameful is without the latter. And now, a picture would really help. Obviously it doesn't have to have your face. Nothing really shameful, you'd just be a common sight. oh, and Casnus is actually a cool guy. :3

Man i'm glad i dont have to cut just yet, dear god i love my food. Simple shit really OP. When i first started out wanting to lose some belly fat (was pretty fat) i just started running/jogging, 5km (? miles) each day. Too begin with it was living hell just running 1 of those km, but in a matter of weeks, maybe even days, if your body adapts quickly, it will get use to running and the pain will scale down a whole lot. ( make sure not to eat right before doing cardio, kills your stomach) This routine i just followed each day while eating pretty decent healthy food, i wont be visible right away, but you will feel so much better about your self, and if you make it a habit like i did, it'll change your looks quickly. This is what I did man. I hope it helps. I started off at 280lbs, that was on September 12, 2011. At first, I completely stopped drinking sodas, juices, artificial drinks and so forth. I ONLY drank water. I know, you may not like the "taste" or "satisfaction" of it, but it helps. Not only does water contain no calories, sugars, carbs, nothing at all, but it actually helps to wash out toxins and unwanted things in your body. Those things can also be fat, sugars, water weight, etc. Next step, change your diet. [B]Make a calorie per day goal and stick to it[/B]. It'll be difficult at first, I guarantee you that, but once you get into it and make it a habit, it'll come as natural as possible. Mine is 1200 calories per day, which is healthy but not starving yourself. You can start at 1500 too, if you wish. So about the exercise. I began waking up at 10 am, having a bowl of cereal (Kix, Cheerios, regular). I then went on a mile walk around my neighborhood. Easy as cake. I did this every single day for about 1 month. Then I noticed the pounds were coming off, at that point I was extremely motivated. (Keep in mind, at first you won't look noticeably different, but the scale never lies.) I then got a 7 day trial to my local, 24 hour gym. I walked/ran on the treadmill pretty consistently and also worked on the elliptical machines. I also cycled at least 5 miles per day on the cycle machine. I don't know what happened, but the weight just began to fall off. I quit going to the gym because my trial ended but I continued to add a little bit of exercise in my daily schedule. I stuck to my 1200 calorie per day diet and rarely broke it. If I did it was for holidays, special occasions, "cheat" days, etc. Don't think just because you want to lose weight that you can't have candy, or cake, or any of the stuff that you used to eat. You CAN, but remember, you should only have it in moderation. Basically meaning every now and then. It's healthy to have a cheat day too. Reward yourself for your hard work, just don't go too far and eat an entire pizza. One more extremely important key factor. Have [B]3[/B] meals per day and [B]COUNT YOUR CALORIES[/B]. Try not to skip a meal if possible. [B]Don't eat until you're full, eat until you're satisfied[/B]. If you feel like you can't finish your plate, don't attempt to. Save some for later, that way you'll have a nice little leftover meal. [B]Edit[/B]: I completely forgot to mention what to eat. Stray away from fast food and fried foods. My favorite? Baked/Grilled chicken. Freaking delicious! Add corn, potatoes, peas or whatever vegetable you like. I just prefer those. Beginning date: September 12, 2011. Weight: 280 lbs. Current date: January 9, 2012. Weight: 224 lbs. (Continuing to lose weight). Good luck man, just stick to it and you'll be really happy with yourself too. Also, when your friends and family notice and say "Wow, you look great!" It's a priceless feeling.

It shouldn't feel like a chore running, cause then the miles will feel long, every time. When you get into the routine of running it really is easy as hell, and it strengthens your core alot so any future back problems will by a good chance get eliminated too. Furthermore if you really want the whole weightloss thing to kick in you could start doing puhsups, situps, and exercises for the back, just at home every other evening, results will show like a boss + looking strong when finally losing that belly.
