Isn't the orgin that at some highschool in Pennsylvania there was a group of kids that would sneak out at 4:20 everyday to go smoke pot in the exact same place?

I go to a high school in Pennsylvania where there is usually a group of kids that go to the 'smokers corner' to smoke cigs/pot after school.

That was about the time of our elementary schools here, except on Wednesdays. Wednesdays were early release days.
It's weird, we had one of each on the same street; elementary, middle, and high. High school started the earliest, then elementary, and middle started really late in the morning.
