Steam dead!!! Cannot visit site!!! Tried on mom's computer!!! Nothing!

I need help!!! Steam wont connect for shit! I try [url]www.steampowered.com[/url]. Nothing.
Try it on my mom's computer. Nothing. Has steam banned my IP or something?! HELP!

It's been banned.

I've observed these symptoms in other banned users.

You'd get a notification if you were IP banned. Try resetting your router.

Try visiting through a proxy though, just to be sure.

He wouldn't be banned, because he would still be able to visit the site ( If I remember correctly ) and it probably has something to do with his ISP or general connection.

ALL my other friends can visit it. And I can do EVERYTHING else besides steam...
I have to talk on MSN to a few of my friends on steam... Steam is working for them perfectly and they can visit the site. So I'll try resetting the router, even teh modem if I have to. If that doesn't work... I'll be worrying.
