He called for the U.S. to carry out its own investigation of alleged human rights abuses in Iraq and Afghanistan—revealed in over 400,000 pages of documents released by WikiLeaks. Today, on the heels of that conference, the U.S. will get its first ever universal periodic review by the United Nations Human Rights Council.
