For a moment I thought it was just using a tilt shift lens.
Heh I though it was tilt shift also.
I want one
that's awesome
ohgodohgodohgod As I child I would build mock airports on my bedroom floor and have tens upon tens of little airplane models. This is the stuff of my dreams, and now I want one. It's also ridiculously nostalgic. Also, something about airports and cool relaxing music just screams, "this is the stuff that dreams are made from." [editline]5th May 2011[/editline] OHMYGOD :gizz:
Oh god. If I had this, I would be playing it for weeks.
Oh god. If I had this, I would be playing it for weeks.
I wouldn't have any reason to leave my house. I'd just stare and stare at this for hours. That is before I inevitably decide it's time for a giant monster attack.
They should make a replica of the 9/11 attacks and use a few kilograms of thermite and ANFO.
Imagine a city with cars and tramways!
For as realistic as it is you'd think they'd do flaps on the planes...
I want one
Yeah, I knew you'd like to have one of these little miniature airports, just so you could have one of your little miniature henchmen hijack one of the little miniature planes and fly it into a little miniature skyscraper, ya sick bastard.
They should make a replica of the 9/11 attacks and use a few kilograms of thermite and ANFO.
Too soon man..
They should have miniature hostages, and miniature GSG-9 teams. That would be cool. ALSO,THAT SOUNDTRACK.
How does it work (the stuff on the ground like cars) I bet it's magnets
For as realistic as it is you'd think they'd do flaps on the planes...
ailerons, dimwit
Too soon man..
Are you sure? Because I feel like that was 10 years ago.
Are you sure? Because I feel like that was 10 years ago.
10 years too soon man.
How exactly is all of that controlled?
If they did the filming from a realistic low down/more static perspective it would actually sometimes be believable that it isn't a model.
10 years too soon man.
going by south park we still have 12.5 years before it's funny.

I wasn't expecting the planes to actually take off. That's really cool.
I love stuff like this. :buddy:
Well i aim to please even if i get negative vote's.
How does it work (the stuff on the ground like cars) I bet it's magnets
Actually they have hundreds of videos on that channel, and I was watching some of them about the construction of it. I was also thinking magnets and that's exactly it. They have metal tracks under the runway and tarmac. All the vehicles have their own motor, and then and electrical current is run through the specific metal track to make it magnetized so that vehicles follow it. Now what I'm wondering is how they power the vehicles. Well, they all have internal motors, but how do they send the signal to the motor? The metal tracks are simply for direction and guidance, but not for actual motion.
This blew my fucking mind:
This is........this is.........AWESOME!
This is so awesome. Especially the little cars and stuff in which a computer drives them around
