You could edit your son's dick though![/QUOTE] Perhaps at this point in time, but I don't doubt that at some point in the near future gene therapy tech using CRISPR will evolve to being able to alter adolescent or adult humans. After all, the majority of our cells (bar some things like neurons in the central nervous system/brain) regenerate completely roughly every decade or so, so it's not impossible... just more improbable for now.
This combined with transhumanism style enhancements may genuinely allow people to live forever.
