You can trust the site. All the games are 100% completely DRM free. Also I think that they make sure that their old games work on new machines. Fallout works perfectly on windows 8.1

Site is owned by CD Projekt (their RED department makes The Witcher series) and gives you DRM free games with lots of bonuses (wallpapers, soundtracks, makings of etc) and they rework most games to make them work on new systems (like Fallout games on Windows 7 and 8)
