MOBA is a GENRE, or an idea, that people can use to make their game a specific way. The phrase Defense of the Ancients doesn't even apply to League in any way since the only ancients in it are boss creatures that you can kill for buffs and that doesn't sound much like defending to me.

I'm not calling LoL Dota, the game valve made, I'm calling it a Defense of the Ancients game.
