The highlights countdown can feature everything from major sports to bull fighting to high school basketball. Other than having a good laugh, Iger apparently didn't respond.
Gave birth to health legislation, then wishes to go into an area notorious for injuries... There's a subtle irony to that... Ha.
Obama's got a good-sounding speaking voice, I think he'd be a joy to listen to.
No way, he's a good speech orator, but in ESPN you have to have at least a little passion and pizazz in your voice. I think he'd be boring.
I think ESPN needs to clean house with their analysts. Most of them are a joke. Imagine Obama becoming the first black pope
Imagine Obama becoming the first black pope
If we're gonna count mixed-race, then we may have already had one that has a small amount of black in them. if we aren't then remember obama is mixed.
Imagine Obama becoming the first black pope
he would be the world's first black "first black" hobbyist
They need to stop with this revolving door of "ex-athletes turned TV analyst" on ESPN and NFL network, most of these guys have no experience in that area and it shows.
Seriously, Sharpe(much as I love my boy), Brunell, Hoge(especially hoge) are terrible analysts.

Other sports, namely boxing, have had former athletes turn to commentating and analysis and did it very well.
This is the best thing that would ever happen to ESPN.
Well, its better than making crappy paintings after you retire.
Imagine Obama becoming the first black pope
i'm sorry but the antichrist cannot be a pope, it says so in the bible
Obama's got a good-sounding speaking voice, I think he'd be a joy to listen to.
Depends on whether he knows about what he's talking about when it comes to sports. [editline]4th December 2013[/editline] I'd rather have a good commentator with a bad voice than a bad commentator with a good voice.
First, the world, then, ESPN!
No way, he's a good speech orator, but in ESPN you have to have at least a little passion and pizazz in your voice. I think he'd be boring.
His tones in his speeches are intentional, I can't find the clip at this moment but in an audio version of a book he wrote about his life he mimics (I think) his roommate profanity and all. Oh yeah, he spoke with Jive.
He would still be better than Tony Kornheiser.
he should really make a soul album once he retires. legitimately think he has the voice for it
