Good Samaritan shoots suspect, speaks
2nd warrant issued for teen's arrest
MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - The family of a suspected thief is lashing out after their son was shot during an armed robbery.
Relatives of Adric White, 18, believe the Good Samaritan who opened fire should have “just left the store.” •
FOX10 spoke exclusively with a customer who stepped in to rescue employees held at gunpoint Tuesday, November 12.
The Good Samaritan, who we are not identifying, told FOX10 News he was shopping at the Family Dollar on Stanton road when he noticed a masked gunman leading one of the employees to the front of the store.
“He had the gun to his head. He had him on his knees,” said the man. “I drew my gun on him and I said 'Hey don't move.' At that point he swung around and before he had a chance to aim the gun at me I fired. I didn’t want to shoot him.”
And I believe this Adric White fellow should've not put his gun against an employee's head but hey, can't have it all!
"NO U SHUD HAVE LET OUR SON STEAL FROM PEOPLE AND POSSIBLY KILL SOMEONE LATER BECAUSE WE DON'T WANT YOU TO JUDGE US."
got to love humanity.
I'd like to get an interview with these people for my upcoming book "Stupid people and the stupid shit they say"
Look for it on bookstore shelves never.
This is why more criminals need to be trained with firearms
when will the madness end?
" We believe that the man should have been a bystander and done nothing at all, even though he had the ability to do something "

I believe you're just tasting actual shit, because there isn't any logic
people wishing something different happened so their family member would still be alive, that's really shocking
The family should be more concerned that this person tried robbing someone, rather than someone acting in defense. Goodness, some people.
people wishing something different happened so their family member would still be alive
article says the robber was sent to the hospital, nowhere does it say that he died.

He got shot 5 times and lived.
lol only 9mm

yeah i even read the bit where the robber was talking and it didn't click lol i'm a retard.
[editline]23rd November 2013[/editline]
still applies though, people wishing their family member wasn't injured regardless of what he did
That entire family seems rotten. Do they not know their kid had a man's life on a thread?

not even the robber talking lol. but yeah i dunno, alot of people will stand by their relatives regardless of what they've done.
Bro if I don't reach my daily quota for funny ratings then how will I eat?
If this man doesn't get 100000000 funny ratings he'll die.
Come on people, let's make a difference!
the only thing that can stop a good guy with a gun is a bad guy with a gun
... shot 5 times ...
In-case anyone wonders where he got this number from, it's said in the first video in the link, between 1:10-1:13. But it also said that the Samaritan only fired 5 times, not that the guy was hit 5 times.
... people wishing their family member wasn't injured regardless of what he did
I have a difficult time believing that. I mean sure, rarely do people wish something bad upon a family member, but in the few voice clips from the family, they don't seem at all shocked or even surprised that their son/brother/relative/whatever-relation was holding people hostage at gun point.
Plus get this: this is the second armed robbery this guy has done in 2 months.
not even the robber talking lol. but yeah i dunno, alot of people will stand by their relatives regardless of what they've done.
As far as I'm concerned the perp had no business to go around stealing from others in the first place. He knew the risks of armed robbery, and he ended up paying the piper for it in a way he didn't anticipate.
I understand why the family would try to support their own, but it doesn't mean that it's good sense to do so, and if I were caught attempting an armed robbery and shot, the likes of me would be disowned by all my relatives. No, seriously.
Who would even rob a dollar store anyway?
All you'd get is uh dollars
I used to work at a dollar general. If they rob you during rush time they could get $400-$500 easy from each register. The one I worked at also didn't have a time locked safe, managers could open it any time. We easily took in over 10 grand a day, and I live in the middle of nowhere.
