Technically this isn't coalition but BC Greens will aid BC New Democrats in legislation.
This is good. The NDP can't do shit without the green party and so they will have to work together.

IIRC Clark said she's not stepping down, even though she knows that it'll just lead to another election by the end of the year.
Glad to see the neighbors to my north progressing.
Wish we could follow suit.

Unlikely, when she makes the throne speech and asks the assembly for a confidence vote she'll be voted off and we'll have Horgan take over. If there's a breakdown between the Greens and NDP there will be though.
Some highlights from the NDP-Green agreement
i. Both the BC New Democrat Government and the BC Green Caucus are committed to proportional representation. Legislation will be introduced in the 1st sitting of the next session of the BC Legislative Assembly with a BC New Democrat Government establishing that:
(1) A referendum on proportional representation will take place in the fall of 2018, concurrent with the next municipal election; and
(2) The form of proportional representation approved in the referendum will be enacted for the next provincial election.

Sadly with Maine from last week saying it's somehow violated state's constitution that only allowed Plurality-based voting systems, My gut saying its unlikely to change with rest of nation.
But however, It's possible to pressure politicians to an supported amendment of replacing word Plurality to either Majority based voting systems or maybe scrapped it all together to allow all forms of voting systems to replace the old voting system in the United States.
Proportional representation
The agreement says a referendum on proportional representation will take place in the fall of 2018, concurrent with the municipal election cycle.
The NDP platform had said the party would hold a referendum on a proportional voting system. The Green Party had pledged to introduce proportional representation and to move the fixed provincial election date to October instead of May. The legislation proposed by the parties would shift the 2021 provincial election date to the fall.
B.C. has already had two unsuccessful referendums, first in 2005 and then again in 2009, on a form of proportional representation known as single-transferable vote.

The greens aren't progress.
The political spectrum in BC goes from Left, hippy and uber hippy. The only reason the Liberals are always in power is because the alternatives are just kinda shit. And whenever the NDP get in they just break everything, go "oops lol", and then the liberals get another 15 years of dominance. It really sucks
