8 Hours of editing, 5 hours of recording footage, 20 days of planning + laziness of only editing small parts every day... annnnnnnnnnnnnd it's finally done! I have a huge appreciation for the Kane and Lynch series just in general, so creating another tribute for the exchange of hundreds of hours I've put into it was the best thing I could think of doing. (Waiting for classes to start has given me a lot of time to fart around.)
ANYWHO, I hope you dudes enjoy the fruits of my labor! Thanks for watchin'!
Not bad.
Clicked this thread because I love that song, pretty good trailer, just a shame that the game itself sucks so much
Wow another person that actually enjoyed the K&L games on some level, never thought I'd see the day
Also a nice video, I would put a spoiler warning somewhere in the OP though for people that haven't played the first Kane & Lynch yet, not sure there are any that care about it that haven't yet though

First one had it's moments. Was clunky, sure, but stuff like the nightclub mission or the window-cleaner-heist were some of the coolest missions I've played in any game.
Second one, pure garbage. Only redeemable thing about it was the laughs I had from weapons-switching-animations in the nude level.

People say this every time without ever saying the things it had going for it. It had average shooting mechanics and it was short, yeah. At the same time it had great environments, character design, dialogue, and aesthetic.

Yes, the best part about Kane and Lynch 2 is the amount of pure detail put into the environment/atmosphere/sound design. It's worth experiencing the game just for that, if you're looking for a reason. I myself enjoy the gameplay as well, but I know it's different from person to person.
Also, the Kane and Lynch themselves is just fucking awesome haha
EDIT: The multiplayer kicked ass too, but people never talk about it.
I really enjoyed both K&L's, only thing that saddens me is the mechanics could have been a lot better.
k&l2 multiplayer owned, too bad the people who remained on it usually played on the dlc maps half the time.

The sound design is what I remember. All of the music was composed using ambient sounds like cars passing by, rain, or wind.
Another thing is that KL2 looks beyond fantastic at 120 hz.
First time I tried it on my tv I was completely shocked at the most smooth shaky-cam I've ever seen.

"Short" is a real understatement. I think my final time clocked in at like, three or four hours.
I like Kandy Kane and Lunch personally
My dad and I beat K&L together on hard, FUCK that last mission.
