"I've been to the hospitals, I've spoken to the paramedics who've been bashed, I've spoken to the police who are out there in the early hours of the morning basically in war zone situations," she told 612 ABC Brisbane. "I've spoken to [minister and surgeon] Dr Anthony Lynham at length about the way he's had to put people's faces back together." Independent MP Billy Gordon said he remained "unmoved" in his opposition to the new laws. Katter's Australian Party said it was "60 per cent" likely to block the Government's lockout laws, but was still open to negotiation. Ms Palaszczuk will have more talks today with the two KAP MPs, Shane Knuth and Robbie Katter. Mr Knuth said the talks would include how to assist regional areas deal with the economic impact of earlier closing times. "One of the things is we are concerned [about] the impact it will have on regions like Cairns and Townsville and the job factor, a transition period," Mr Knuth said. Mr Knuth also suggested the Government should focus on other regional issues besides drunken violence. Do we have any politicians in this country that aren't garbage?
Too much alcohol is a gift is disguise. The odds of human suffering goes up for those who have high odds of being sinners. "Since the Messiah suffered in a mortal body, you, too, must arm yourselves with the same determination, because the person who has suffered in a mortal body has stopped sinning." - Peter Life goes on. The wise focus of this Bill is on the innocent victims who do not drink.

Judging from the sanctimony and biblical quotes, an AA true believer.
Fuck this bint. The current restrictions on pubs and clubs are already squeezing them hard. Now they just want to pass moralizing legislation. Watch Fortitude Valley close pretty much overnight if these laws get passed.

i've only ever seen like 3 fights in the valley, and none of them were bad. in all the times i've gone out to clubs i've only been threatened with violence once.
...what?
The guy's 4 posts tell me he is a deeply religious web developer who supports trump. If that helps, at all.

They were actually just as shit as the LNP. QLD labor is a joke. Absolutely trash, similar to LNP
