Even though Coke is not the healthiest thing in the world, there's nothing stopping them from doing good.

This video actually made me tear up for some reason. after reading so much about india in my classes as well as the pakistani people, it's very heartwarming.
It's always nice to see such a heartwarming video every once and awhile.
Man, they couldn't have really picked any better two countries for that. Geographically close but divided by government restrictions, animosity between the two countries but not necessarily outright hatred between the two populations (for the most part), and they've only been (relatively) recently divided and share a more or less common identity and culture (minus religion, which is the main dividing factor). I wonder what a PR campaign on a larger magnitude like this would be like, simply getting people to talk to one another and connect in ways that they've never done so simply because they are the "other side". It certainly wouldn't be a bad idea for a large company like Coke since the press would paint them as nothing but heroes...
I wanna see what happens when you do this with North and South Korea.

coke without a doubt has the best marketing board in the world
coke without a doubt has the best marketing board in the world
I dunno, Old Spice is definately on par with them. Albeit in a different way. Regardless, someone at Coke just got like, 50 raises cause that is a kick-ass idea.
So fucking true
"Switching from Pepsi to Coca Cola" Why? Isn't the reason you chose Pepsi to begin with is because you preferred the taste? Did this video suddenly make Coke taste better to you? :v:
isn't plain coke not really that popular in india? coke-a-cola sells thums up which i think is way more popular in india than their typical coke neat vid though

Like I said before, this is pretty much the perfect country to do this marketing campaign in, the thumbs up thing might be the only hiccup.
Next week we'll see Pepsi's progress on uniting North and South Korea with its "At Least my Neighbor isn't as bad as Crystal Pepsi" campaign.
Next Serbians and Albanians
