You sir must be living under a rock. Egypt is a very developed nation with infrastructure. My brother stayed there for four years for his studies and told me the internet connection there was excellent

There isn't a single country in the world that doesn't have some sort of internet. Even North Korea have internet, it's just not avaible for the public.
