Looks very nice, getting my download for sure.
Will post opinion when I've gone through the map.

Just gone through it.
The map is split into 3 relatively small areas, connecting them is a really long tunnel. Areas include housing, beach resort, and a small downtown area.
Onto my thoughts:
- The map in itself may "look big", but it's actually too cramped in each area. This created a very restrictive linear feeling instead of it being open.
- The tunnel connecting every area is very long, very grey and very boring.
- The beach resort is nicely done, although the beach and the lake is a tad too small to actually feel grand instead of restricted.
- Buildings are designed good enough lay-out wise, But alot of details are missing. Mainly the walls are bland and boring, being one colour/texture and having nothing interesting on them to make them even remotely interesting. It also needs some more small props or models inside buildings to make each one a bit more interesting.
- Lightning is, in my opinion, poorly done. The town should have this "sunshine" feeling with a good amount of sunlight. Instead it has a dull impression which looks more like synthetic light outside than actual daylight.
-Optimization is no issue, good framerate all around, even when outside the map it was very decent.
Suggestion:
- Expand the areas to include more room between each building, or arrange them so there's more room to walk about. Maybe even merging areas is a good solution
- Make the tunnel alot shorter, so it's not one big boring drive/walk through it every time.
- The tunnel needs an overhaul. Make it a more brighter colour, add some extra lights and include shapes in the design. With shapes I mean a curved roof, an elevated pedestrian sidewalk, and detailing along the wall.
- Include more details to buildings and their walls. These can range from adding graffiti (or alternatives), making them curved, using more textures, and adding more designs to them.
- Lightning needs to be more natural and less man-made outside. Adding some (custom) props can also go a long way in making each building unique and interesting.
- Make the beach longer to make it more grand instead of some sandbox and a puddle.
- The map overall needs alot more breathing room. Roads feel restrictive with those prefectly straight cliffs closely on your left and right. Add more routes to each location, be it for walking, car or train purposes. The less walls you can see and more ways you can get somewhere, the more open and free the map and the player is.
Wasn't this already released?

Oh not this shit again. It was bad enough the first time, now it looks like he just slapped loads of other maps together.
