It's undoubtedly creepy to photograph nude strangers but I don't think she can call police over it when it's in public space and the fact that it it was on a drone doesn't change anything as long as he didn't use the drone to get to private property.

Why do people assault someone they just called the cops on? That has got to be the dumbest thing ever.

He was totally innocent in this case (at least as far as we know). Furthermore it's not illegal to take pictures of people in the public, even if it is creepy.
