captain underpants does not work outside of print

The reason we all liked captain underpants as kids was because it was "edgy" for our age group (i.e. overly juvenile). And that was like over ten years ago. Who is this movie even targeted towards? Young kids don't even know what captain underpants is, and we've all outgrown it.

Dav actually gave reasons on his website as to why he never wanted this to be a movie or show. He wanted to encourage more kids to read. EDIT: that's from like, 2006 or some shit. Goddamn I was still an elementary kid fuck back then.
