In a situation like this, yes. He wasn't "having his rights oppressed" he clearly just trying to start an argument so he could record footage and say "LOOK AT THESE FASCIST PIGS TAKING OUR RIGHTS STICK IT TO THE MAN FIGHT THE POWER!!!!!!!!!!"

The fact that there are checkpoints like that reminded me of Flow My Tears, the Policeman Said by Phillip K. Dick. (America is a police state, and there are regular checkpoints. If you are deemed a non-citizen you are detained. I won't spoil what happens in the book, it's a good read.)
What he had to do is quite simple and he does things like because he thinks that America has suddenly turned into Nazi Germany and everyone is after his rights. He wasn't doing this to be funny. He really DOES go all over the place spouting verses from the bible. This is a person who has hundreds of videos talking about about things such as "Satan has Brainwashed Christians not to Have Children (Birth Control) Georgia Guidestones" before going on a long rant on the new world order and just going on about abortion is evil and other such stuff. Also does anyone even know where this checkpoint even was.
