Seems like they just put a lot off shit together in the hope of it being a good movie.

The Japanese fail at making these kinds of movies. Tetsuo and Guinea Pig 4 were good and disturbing, everything else that's made purely for shock value is terrible. I'm talking about the Japanese cinematography, the American and European shock movies are quite good.
