Every Tuesday, both bring in up to two problems and make their case for why their problems deserve to be on the list, and listeners get the chance to vote each problem up or down.

There's also a bonus compliment to the podcast that costs $1.99 called The Biggest Solution in the Universe in which they bring in solutions instead of problems. The goal of this is to raise money to keep the main podcast going as well as to fund additional projects like the [url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DDof79PEPQk]Live Show[/url].

The main part of each episode runs at generally about an hour long in length, although there's usually an extra fifteen minutes of fan-related banter after the ending riff.
