• Any photographers similar to Gregory Crewdson?

I love staged photography. Personally I think it's the best means of expression within photography. And the crème dela crème of staged photography is Gregory Crewdson. Putting a wonderful mixture of nostalgic mystery, anxiety, wonder and emotion into what is a bridge between reality, a movie and a painting. Through my years of photography I have never come across anyone like Crewdson. Are there any other people who take pictures like him? The closest I've found is Philip-Lorca DiCorcia, but the stories he tell aren't quite of the caliber of mr. Crewdson. They lack the mystery and the wonder, in my opinion. Any suggestions are appreciated.
Though it may not seem it, Hannah Starkeys is known for being very meticulous with the composition of her shots. Staged shots to emulate candid photographs - not as "wow" as Crewdsen but still incredible.
Wow, she's brilliant. Why had I never heard of her before? Thanks. Way better response than expected.
Not a terribly famous artist I guess? welcome mate, no worries
