What I don't understand, is why places like malls and stuff pay for people to perform, but when some guy comes to do it for fun (and the public enjoys it), why do they remove him?
I'm talking about the mall and the area outside that was private property.
because when they pay people to perform they charge people to hear those people perform. Earning more then they're paying the guy to perform in tickets and food.

No, usually malls pay for performers to make their location more attractive. It would be hard to charge people to enter a mall.

Around here they're usually in these private booth things in the back of the mall. Tickets cost like 10 dollars.
