He's really quick witted and has all the guests on at once which really creates a relaxed tone where people pretty much just sit down and talk.

Yeah, I went on a bit of a binge a few weeks ago after I realized how many clips their official YT channel has on it now, and it's such a legitimately funny show. He treats the guests like actual people and not machines to advertise their new product, which is the original reason for them really being there.
