Need some help with benadryl - General

Hey everyone, just curious about taking benadryl. I have 15 pills of benadryl. How many can I take so that I can feel the high? How many can harm me? And how long would it last? This is my first time so I've come to the only place I know that can show me some guidance. And also, what happens if I went to sleep, would I get insomnia? and would I feel it in the morning, if I did fall asleep? Thanks.

Seriously, Diphenhydramine is the worst decision I've made drug-wise. You get this really unpleasant body load, you become really tired, but unable to sleep. Also, the hallucinations are either nonexistant or scary as fuck, I saw the grim reaper on my balcony. If you're unable to get a decent hook up for drugs, and are looking for a good OTC drug, get some DXM. Dextromethorphan HBr, There's a thread somewhere on it, it's a much friendlier drug. Stay smart, brochacho.

The only things benadryl is useful for is potentiating a opiate high. On its own, it's trash. Complete waste of time. You will get really tired, and MAYBE get hallucinations the same way you get if you don't sleep for two days. Just buy some weed, bro.

If you want to trip, you need 700mgs or more, or some DXM to potentiate it. 375mgs will just give you a body high. Though at lower doses, around sub 300mgs, the body high is really fun IMO. It doesn't feel all shitty and nasty like the body high on deliriant doses. Anything between 300mgs and 700mgs will just make you feel like shit and you won't trip.

Benadryl had some guy I know talking into his shoe trying to buy some weed and he ended up in the emergency room. I'd probably stay away from it, but that's your choice.

dont do it dont fucking do it its really fucking uncomfortable, and sleep is impossible you get fucking debilitating restless leg syndrome and it is NOT fun

I love me a pill in the morning, because it rids me of my runny nose and puffy eyes :-)

Don't fucking do it without a sitter, when i did it, i took the proper amount (700mg) then when i was tripping i took more (god knows why). I had a sitter but he dowsed off apparently. In the end i had taken the whole box which was 1200mg, ended up in the emergency room as i started siezing. Even when you do have a sitter its a bad fucking trip and not worth anything. Not to mention for the week after i got out of the ER i was paranoid as fuck, and still a bit delusional, it fucks up your mind. Just don't do it. Do dxm instead.

Yeah, I sometimes get the twitchy leg thing even from just taking 25 mg of it for my allergies. I wouldn't ever do benadryl if I were you. It can fuck you up permanently, and from what I hear the trip is not enjoyable. Like others mentioned, Dxm is a better choice if you're looking for an over the counter drug like that.

I had some okay trips and some not so okay ones, so I did it about 5 times at a moderate dose [250-300 mg] over the course of a month. Then I had what felt like a disconnection from reality [unable to tell what is real or not], horrible depression, anxiety, several breakdowns, and nothing but trouble since. It did some fucked up things to my psyche, because all other things unchanged, my life went to shit for a long while after I did this drug. It took me an entire semester to recover [and almost failing all of my classes], antidepressants, and psychology to get me back to what I consider normal, which is still a very shaken reality. Find a real hallucinogen or just get a friend to punch you in the liver repeatedly, either would give you a funner high and less bad side effects. Whatever you do, avoid taking it with caffeine. I once drank a cup of tea and a mocha frappucino then took benadryl five minutes later for allergies. I found it impossible to concentrate on anything, I was very tired but I couldn't fall asleep.

Especially considering DPH is nothing like DXM. It's like telling someone who is asking about DMT to smoke weed instead. Sure, you smoke both of them, but you're still an idiot. OP, go to Erowid, read up on DPH. Also go to 420chan and browse their /del/ section. Deliriants aren't for everyone, and they are dangerous, but that doesn't mean they can't grant you an interesting or even *gasp* fun experience if you take the proper precautions and do enough research. Just be safe, don't take too much or not enough (15 isn't enough to trip, it's enough to knock your ass out though) and [I]always have a trip sitter[/I].

Benadryl will fuck you up. I cant recall any scary hallucinations. But make sure you don't have anything to do for a long time. And not to be around parents or anyone else that isn't a sitter.
