She's either incompetent, or outright lying. Forensic rape kits are used to gather DNA evidence, and plan b/levonorgestrel only delay ovulation. Watch us get a situation like north texas 6 years ago, tattoo shops in oklahoma were banned, and so in texas we had a lot of tattoo places north near the border. People will just go to the border states for abortions.

Texas already has one of the highest teen pregnancy rates in the nation. Banning Plan B and other contraceptive things will boost that. My girlfriend would be pregnant if not for Plan B - which is already fucking restricted to 18 despite age of consent being 16. Abortion is no different; so are most religious, sexual, and gender-related issues.
