So me and two friends want to write a book about how to be a stoner, explaining the types of dealers, rolling techniques smoke tips and various other things. I'm curious, is it illegal to publish something instructing the buying, preparing and smoking of weed?
Doubtful. I'm pretty sure you can buy them online in the USA. My friend ordered a book on growing pot. No trouble with legality there, as far as I know.
Free. Speech. Nigga.
It's educational, just make sure you write somewhere near the front, I AM IN NO SMARKING WAY ASSOCIATED WITH ANYTHING YOU DO. or something
Hire a lawyer or a consultant. Have them work up a fine print for you that states something along the lines of "THIS BOOK IS NOT INTENDED TO TEACH YOU HOW TO SMOKE NOR ENCOURAGE IT." Except with big lawyer words about how you can't be sued and stuff. Can you make paper out of hemp? If so, you should totally make the book 100% hemp
They make shoes out of hemp

It's extremely hard to get a license to use it in the U.S. There is an actual letter from the U.S gov insulting a farmer for wanting a license to grow specifically for clothing.

And its also being surreptitious around the people who shouldn't know
lol please post first draft
OUR GUIDE ON HOW TO BUY WEED AND SMOKE IT (for tobacco usage only)
You would be surprised, the laws and restrictve system of the U.S is extremely flexible and easy to manipulate. Who uses a bong for tobacco?
Hire a lawyer or a consultant.
Travel around America with him in a red Chevrolet Impala convertible. Call it the great red shark and load it up with two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a saltshaker half-full of cocaine, and a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers... Also, a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether, and two dozen amyls.
Then travel through bat country and croak a skag baron named Savage Henry.
You can't stop there, however.
The only thing that really worried me was the ether. There is nothing more helpless and irresponsible than a man in the depths of an ether binge.
They make shoes out of hemp
Hemp =/= Weed. Hemp is the stalk of the plant, and has extremely low to no THC content, therefore, not illegal.
You would be fine considering we as U.S. Citizens have a thing called THE FIRST AMMENDMENT. Now if you get in any trouble please tell me and I will shove my foot so far up their ass it would take them directly to The Supreme Court.
Freedom of the press. Plus book exists already, better than anything you could write probably.
Hemp =/= Weed. Hemp is the stalk of the plant, and has extremely low to no THC content, therefore, not illegal.
Thought that hemp was more of a strain that grown with like 1% THC.
Thought that hemp was more of a strain that grown with like 1% THC.
hemp grows fucking everywhere. its literally a weed that everyone hates.

If you go on www.nevergetbusted.com this guy used to be a drug cop and made a DVD about how not to get caught, and he didn't get any trouble, apart from the news trying to make him look bad.
