My cousin did something similar at that age and he has the same disability. He only got suspended for 1 week though and nothing else

Schools always flip out about shit like this for some reason. A kid in my year did a similar thing when we were nine, got suspended for like three weeks (it wasn't a gun though, he drew a storm cloud electrocuting another student).
