He wasn't taking a dump, he was just jerking off sitting on a chair.
The toilet is a chair because I didn't draw this comic, I used the poser program at bitstrips.com which seems to fail at having a toilet within their selection.
Don't worry, I've already got my lawyer on the line to help me get this problem fixed.
