2005 - 2012 This is the end of the line my friends. The decision does not come easy, but we've decided to voluntarily shut down. We've been fighting for years for your right to communicate, but it's time to move on. It's been an experience of a lifetime, we wish you all the best!
It is a sad day my friends.
No warnings or anything. RIP BTjunkie, you could find anything.
I've never heard of BTjunkie. What was it?
Shit, I can't decide which thread is late. Both were made one minute ago.
The only torrent website with barely any ads. RIP BTjunkie.
I was first, but I forgot to use a post icon, it doesn't really matter, just pixels.
Oh goodness you'll have to find somewhere else to- problem solved
Oh goodness you'll have to find somewhere else to- problem solved
TPB is shit rofl
Oh wow... That's quite sad. I don't use it much since I got a private tracker, but still, it was quite good for a public site. RIP BTjunkie, you got me through my public-site torrenting years.
TPB is shit rofl
Like one that starts with ISO
I've never heard of BTjunkie. What was it?

BTJunkie was an advanced BitTorrent search engine. It used a web crawler (similar to Google) to search for torrent files from other torrent sites and store it in its database. It had nearly 4,000,000 active torrents and about 4,200 torrents added daily (compared to runner-up Torrent Portal with 1,500), making it the largest torrent site indexer on the web.[2] During 2011, BTJunkie was the 5th most popular BitTorrent site.[3] However on 5 February 2012, BTJunkie decided to voluntarily shut down.
..
Like one that starts with ISO
That site still exists? Also, RIP Mininova. Was great until it got bought out.
i was going to post this 3 hours ago but i backed away due to not much about it oh well
Like one that starts with ISO
ISOCunt
That site still exists? Also, RIP Mininova. Was great until it got bought out.
Its quite good, too
BTjunkie sucks though. Public trackers for illiterates.
who uses public trackers seriously rofl
TPB is shit rofl
Agree, everytime someone brings up TPB, I think, you must be new to this
I use TPB when I don't feel like seeding (forgive me). But for the most part I use IPtorrents
Never heard of Btjunkie before, but the owners sounded chill as fuck.
btjunkie was my main torrent site, sad day indeed
Why is TBP shit? [editline]6th February 2012[/editline] I mean sure I know we all are against piracy.
Why is TBP shit? [editline]6th February 2012[/editline] I mean sure I know we all are against piracy.
I find it to just be a really sketchy site.
Why is TBP shit? [editline]6th February 2012[/editline] I mean sure I know we all are against piracy.
None of the free programs I download from there work, and if I download the same programs somewhere else (like for instance the official site) they work fine. [editline]5th February 2012[/editline] also I'm pretty sure the US government goes onto the most popular torrents and attempts to arrest US peers. though that could just be me being paranoid :tinfoil:
TPB is really good for porn. I don't have any other uses for it other then that and some other things from time to time. Demonoid seems to be the best site to me. [editline]6th February 2012[/editline]
I find it to just be a really sketchy site.
You can tell when it's a sketchy thing though. the amount of seeders and comments are helpful
