So, my teacher has set me thid work, that i've never come accross before.
It says; Write down the multiplier which is equivalent to each of these;
The thing that i don't get is how do i times a number by itself to decrease it by a specific percentage e.g. 4% decrease.

4 percent decrease from 1.
eg; 10 percentage decrease , multiply by 0.9
