I can quit any time I just don't want to

the truth is that you just want to get to the next level
Well since I don't skip school to play games, I'd say I'm not that addicted.
I don't let my gaming get in the way of my school or life
I do, it's the reason why I have to become a cop and not a Nuclear Physicist.
If a video game is addicting it means the developer did too much of a great job.
Above post. I'll just repeat, they actually tried and did their job.
I love how every advertisement on the page is for WoW.
Shows how much these Panorama people don't know about gaming. Fucking idiots trying to get parents to agree with them and stop buying their kids games.
You can be mentally addicted to videogames, as you can be mentally addicted to anything. For christ sake, there's someone addicted to eating toilet paper. If you have an addictive personality, it's just something you have to learn to live with and keep under control.
I play Minecraft from the moment I get home from school until I go to bed. The last time I completed my homework was ~3 weeks ago. :smith:
I'm more addicted to Facepunch than video games.
Kinda makes me want to stop playing video games. I won't, but still.
Just... One more... Hour on my game!
Facepunch >
I play an average of 3 hours every 2 weeks, so I guess I am okay.
When I was a bit younger, gaming was a much bigger part of my life. I didn't skip school or anything, but almost every moment that I wasn't at school or sleeping, I'd be gaming. Nowadays I still spend a lot of time behind the computer, but now it's mostly chatting with friends and browsing the web.

But the real game addicts are mostly those guys playing WoW 24/7 and they base that on everyone. [editline]8th December 2010[/editline] No offense to WoW owners intended.
Zhang Xiaoyi threw himself out of a 24th floor window after 36 hours playing World of Warcraft
What the christ?!
What the christ?!
I would too if I had to be with a bunch of retarded 12 year olds for that long.
