As for the gameplay, it's a sequel to games from the PS1.[/QUOTE] To be completely fair, they're not only trying to work with what they can based off of what was known of the Dash 3 Prototype, the game was originally going to be 3DS as well, so graphically it probably wasn't going to be modern console-tier quality assets.

Are they only trying to mimic the gameplay from the videos of MML3 or are they also going to try and follow the fragmented story details we were given

I wish we had more Japanese members so they could translate some of the video.

Even though it doesn't look the best at the moment, it could be just alpha gameplay at best. I believe it'll start to improve as time goes by. Also I'm desperately praying that Capcom doesn't ram this project up the ass with a C&D.

I'm impressed at how they went to keep the original style of the games with still giving it some pretty visuals. Also most of those animations on the PC look pretty smooth.

Maybe if it's good enough Capcom will pick it up and make it official like Mega Man X Street Fighter.

Looks neat, pretty faithful to the originals, even graphically (could be a good or bad thing, depending on how you look at it). As long as that annoying Jpop music isn't present I'll totally give this a go. I loved the first Megaman Legends.

Even if this doesn't get C&D, and assuming they finish it, I'd still like to see this team going to work with the Mighty No.9 guys so they can put what they learned making this to use to make a good game that they'll actually turn a profit on.

Looks like it's coming along okay. The environments look horrible, but they could very well be full of placeholder textures and models.

I'm so glad Legends still has such an active fanbase. My dreams were really dashed when they cancelled the third one.

Fuck, I loved Megaman Legends.

I remember making it halfway through Megaman Legends 1, but never actually finishing it cause I didn't have a PS1 memory card. I need to look for one badly.

This looks really good. I'm actually pretty impressed by both the quality and progress on this. Here's hoping it stays under Capcom's radar long enough to become playable.
