They claim they will publicize this information in an upcoming leak.
I'd be surprised if even one of them is killed. Spoiler alert ISIS: most people here are glad these people are dropping bombs on you.
Ouch. This is why I'm scared shitless of being streamed RPAS after elementary flying training. I don't appreciate the idea of being ordered to sign up for this shit.
The question is how many of them are actually drone operators, and if so how was the intel found. The article says that some other news org verified them, but that in itself isn't enough for me to believe it is and regardless its 70 addresses who might very well be completely different people. Hmhm
Drone operators will be kept a closely guarded secret, so I really doubt they could even find that list or even confirm that they operate drones.
To many people around the world American drones are a ubiquitous symbol of Western hypocrisy and evil (can't totally say they're wrong) and this statement feels less plausible as a real threat than as lip service trying to capitalize on that feeling. Propaganda, in other words.

Strings of bad loses, loose most the land they orignally had back to pre-2014 offensive levels and Abu Hajaar are gonna make recruiting difficult.
I'll believe it when the leak happens.
Ouch. This is why I'm scared shitless of being streamed RPAS after elementary flying training. I don't appreciate the idea of being ordered to sign up for this shit.
Yea but with a position of operating drones, the military probably protects your ass around the clock.
Yea but with a position of operating drones, the military probably protects your ass around the clock.
They're most likely full time and the fact that they're drone operators (higher security clearance) means they're being watched/monitored at least in one way.
Says the piece of shit cowards using suicide bombers.
Children suicide bombers at that.
Yea but with a position of operating drones, the military probably protects your ass around the clock.
True. I understand it's all currently done from one location in the US, but it would be a living nightmare having to be in security protection all the time like the President. Not even able to walk through town without wondering if you're about to get Rigby'd by some nutcase from the next state who calls himself ISIS.

Though they are much less iconic, the Shadow and Hunter drone models see the most flight time by a very wide margin. The shadow is unarned, but the Hunter packs hellfires. They are very much the workhorses of military drones. These models are smaller than the Predator variants, and also have a much shorter signal range range. Whereas Predator variants are global with satellite control, the Shadow and Hunter must be operated locally with a nearby control trailer. If nothing else the operators in general need to be fucking arrested for the 90% civilian casualty rate with drone strikes. "Guilty enough" does not hold up in a court of law, you fucks.
Says the piece of shit cowards using suicide bombers.
When you consider IEDs, slaughter of civilians, and other cowardly hit and run guerilla warfare tactics that they rely on, the hypocrisy levels are through the roof.

How come nobody is going to point out that they named themselves ISIS HD?

Whether it's a manned jet or a drone, the pilot/operator will only see their target on an infrared camera from kilometers away, if even that. If you want to blame someone for that """90% civilian casualty rate""", blame the people giving the orders.
