I get a distinct feeling that the republican replacement for obamacare is a disaster just waiting to happen. Now that they have to actually stop crying about obamacare and come up with a genuine replacement they look like they're shitting themselves so hard they can't even face the wrath of their constituents, and that's [I]before[/I] they replace obamacare.
Trump should push for a public option. Democrats would work with him and then he can go around and claim he was the one that saved america's healthcare. Trump's supporters will like him either way, and at this point his unfavorables are almost rock bottom anyways so perfect way to look unpartisan.
I never really watched Last Week Tonight before it started getting posted on FP but his last few episodes have been solid. I liked in particular his takedown of the refundable tax credits and health savings accounts. These are things that simply aren't viable for the majority of people who the ACA was beneficial to.
