The only time I like being near an Osprey is when it's winter time. The exhaust provides a hell of a lot of warmth.

The CH-46 Sea Knight does a so much better job but V-22's recieve points for being awesome.

I'd rather fly in a UH-1 personally. V-22's aren't awesome enough to balance out how finicky they are
