There are always stupid studies in the news sections that are sensationalist and don't prove anything but people believe what they studies supposedly prove because they don't understand how they are conducted. This presentation addresses common problems in modern science and I think it's valuable for anyone to watch it

Seriously, they were even laughing BEFORE he was making jokes.. wtf
The crowd and jokes are annoying but the actual info he presents is very straightforward and easy to understand. This guy also has a documentary called fathead which debunks a lot of the crap in the supersize me documentary and about the low fat diet fad that's going on
