This is from a show called A Current Affair, which is basically the tv equivalent of a tabloid. They always have stupid stories on the show, and are known for having really annoying tv crews (on a completing show similar to this one, they filmed a guy trying to punch the cameraman)

I don't see how it makes him crazy. It makes the story more exciting. This guy is awesome, I can only imagine how awesome the stories he told his kids were.
