Today we found out that one of my dogs has lymphoma, a form of cancer, and doesn't have more then a month to live. The best option for him is to put him down because he his basically starving himself and will feel more and more pain as his condition gets worse.
Because of this, we're obviously going to make sure that his last few days are good for him with extra bones, meat, walks, etc. This all hit me pretty hard as I've had this dog for about 5 years, so I called my friends and he's gonna call some people to get me some really good shit. I was thinking of anything else I could really do for my dog as he's pretty lazy as it is and doesn't want much more then real meat bones and walks, and I remembered somewhere I read that if you blow the smoke in a dogs face it can get them high.
I thought that it would probably be fun for him if it worked, but I'm not totally sure if it would work, or if it's really a humaine thing to do
Do you guys know anything about getting dogs high like this?
Dude everytime i'm at my friends house hitting his bong we get his cat baked. He likes it, he always comes into his room when we spark up. Get that poor dog baked and let him enjoy his last days.
If i can get any in timei will, my grandma wants to try some alternative healing stuff on him tomorrow and if that doesn't work then we probably need to call the humaine society Friday.
What sucks is that because we can't afford to put him down at the vet, we have to use the humaine society, and I can't be with him when they inject him. Pretty fucked up that they charge you to put an animal down, but if you can't afford it it's considered animal cruelty . All I want is to be with my damn dog when he dies and because of money I can't even do that.

Losing a dog is always hard bro. I still tear up when i think of my siberian husky that ran away 5 years ago..
It makes it harder knowing that he's gonna die in a few days and he has no clue. He still acts like he did but just a little lazier. Honestly if he didn't lose about 20 pounds in less then a week he'd be almost cometely normal. I even looked up what the symptioms are because I didn't believe the vet, but they all fit

Dogs are alot smarter than humans give them credit for - I remember right before one of my previous dogs died, we let him out to pee and 20 minutes later he was gone. We found him under the deck, in his "peaceful spot", where he chose to lay before he died.
Yeah dogs are more in tune with themselves and their environment than they are their thoughts.
They listen to instinct more than consciousness, and are highly aware of "whats up".
Anyways, don't force the dog anything, just lightly exhale towards him. if he likes it let him come closer and exhale towards him a couple more hits. if not just let him go where he wants, pretty simple.
Bake a cake with cannabutter. My dog hates smoke but loves the cake and its effects.
Dogs are brilliant animals. If you have a dog you love, it's basically a family member and a good friend.

We had to put one of my cats down a while back, it was horrible the cat was older than i was was a real shame, got the bill a week or so ago and it was over £100, vets really do take the piss.

At first glance, I was going to say how it's toxic to dogs, but then I read the OP and actually think it might be kind of nice. Don't overdo it though.
I remember when my dog (who we had for 15 years) had to be put down earlier this year. The poor old girl got a massive tumour in her stomach.

Occasionally, when I go out to get the mail, I'll hold the door open for a few extra seconds, waiting to hear the sound of her nails on the hardwood floor... but then I remember she's gone...

I was there when we put my doberman down. I was holding it's hand, she was shaking and they insterted the needle and all of a sudden the shaking stopped.
I miss that dog so much. and now I feel like i'm going to tear up, I remember it like it was yesterday.

Don't go overboard. Remember that the smaller of a dog will get high off less than you need and can get sick from weed.
