One more ‘Batman vs. Superman’ mystery can be put to rest, as Ray Fisher has been cast as ‘Cyborg’ in Zack Snyder’s DC movie team-up.

DC, if you're going to push Cyborg can you at least make him not incredibly boring? It's painfully obvious how much of a token black guy he is on the Justice League.
He was great in Teen Titans but boy is he not the same in everything else I've seen.
BOOYA
BOOYA
oh god this is not going to be a good film
I just can just see it going really silly.
Just turn it into a Justice league movie already, since it seems like that's what they're doing

Teen Titans style cyborg please
also green lantern was black because cyborg wasn't in JL right?

would be great but I don't think they'll ever beat Merval ATM
its a shame too, a solid cinema universe for DC is what they need. A good JL movie would be mountains of

Their shipment of grit hasn't arrived yet, give them time.

Why didn't they just do this?
Its perfect, its almost direct competition to the Avengers even.

Cyborg only joined the JL in 2011.
Also John Stewart existed before JL.
Assuming you're talking about the show.

Here's the thing though: DC hasn't realised that the DCAU and assorted animated series are the only DC material that the general public, AKA the majority of the people to go see their movies, give a shit about.
The main reaction to the Hal Jordan Green Lantern movie was "why isn't green lantern black", and it doesn't help that nobody gives a shit about Hal Jordan.

Its not like people dont know who Batman and Superman are.
At least with the Avengers, some people might not have known about Iron Man or Thor, and definitely not Hawkeye and Black Widow.

black green lantern I'd rather have than that bullshit they pulled with gay green lantern recently in the comics "Just to be more tolerant of other people"
just make a new super hero but on the side is gay
The fuck happened to another Superman movie?

Well, it kind of fits, before the reboot, Alan Scott had a gay superhero son, he's younger now, so he's gay instead.

That was the rebooted golden age Green Lantern, Alan Scott, who is a completely different guy from the regular Green Lanterns and is in an entirely different universe.
Hard to keep up with all these different super hero universes :v:
Kind of a shame actually, actions have no distinct conseqeunce

Personally i couldnt give a single fuck about DC comics because they reboot everything every 5-10 years, so literally nothing matters.
The fuck happened to another Superman movie?
Well there's been plenty of great Superman stories in the past that has involved at least a dozen cameos from other superheroes. Most of them were used complimentary to the story, Superman, tone, his theme and overall message.
And that is something I don't think the Snyder team is capable of handling well but we'll see.

pretty much why I only give a shit about 1 universe, Marvel cinimatic. Marvel probably isn't much better but DC's movies are literally all over the place, its a headache
justice league unlimited was a bit of a headache at times too,

Marvels never rebooted, and only pulled similar bullshit a small amount of times, really.
They're bad with keeping status quo, but better than DC.

The only version of Cyborg anyone cares about

The latest Captain America movie had Captain America, Black Widow, and Falcon staring in it. Jeez, they should just turn it into The Avengers 2.

The Avengers lineup:
Iron Man, Hulk, Thor, Cap, Black Widow, Hawkeye, [Soon to be] Quicksilver, Scarlet Witch, Vision
Cap 2: Cap, Black Widow, Falcon [not an avenger]
Justice League (presumably):
Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, Flash, Cyborg
Man Of Steel 2/Batman Vs. Superman:
Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Cyborg

Didn't hear about Wonder Woman and Flash. Yeeaah, a bit too many for one movie.
And yes, Falcon is an Avenger.

No.
Not in the movies. Not yet, anyway.

This version kicked ass.

Neither are the last three in your Avenger's list. Anyway, this is all nitpicking.

I still don't know what direction they're going with that. The only story that springs to mind that doesn't need Magneto (or the other X-men characters) is the one from Ultimates where they were doing the creepy twincest thing.
I never paid any attention to Pietro, though.
