that silver one looks ugly
Get old, broken C64 Install a miniATX Be coolest person in world
I should totally do that! I have a C64 with a broken Graphics chip.
The Vic-Slim seems quite nice as a space-saving computer, looks incredibly thin, I thought it was just a keyboard at first in fact. :science:
Buy one, and do some DIY to make it look like the Original. Become best person on the Internet.
It’s like time is collapsing. A Commodore 64 has, well, 64K of memory. Not 2,097,152K. That would be a Commodore 2097152.
:frog:
yeah welcome to like a year ago way to go rps
:frog:
Well, he has a point.

I was too young for the C64, but I genuinely want to give this a spin
Google "commodore 64 emulator", exactly the same thing as this.
They sell the case by itself as well, for $250. Seems a tad steep to me, even if it does have a mechanical keyboard.
Guys this is April Fools by the way unfortunately [editline]9th April 2011[/editline] Post results. :pcgaming:
what the fuck kind of calendar do you have? you should probably rely on a different one
Google "commodore 64 emulator", exactly the same thing as this.
Yes, an emulator is exactly the same as a fully functional computer. No.
Seems like building your own rig would be the smartest way to go, these are pretty over priced.
Seems like building your own rig would be the smartest way to go, these are pretty over priced.
These are computers in a keyboard, seems pretty fair to me. They are space saves not gaming rigs.
Like people buying netbooks, they are going to try anyways with horrible results. Edit: ..The computer is not even switched on, let alone plugged in. (should be two cables minimum, not one) You gotta love 80's adverts.
Meh. I'd rather have an original C64. :v:
Ye.. Ok i'll just go play my original C64. Horrible price tag.
When I was little my uncle let me play on his C64. All I remember was that I turned it on and watched it blink and flash and then I went on and played Zelda on the SNES.
Offtopic: but am I the only one getting a virus warning when visiting that RPS URL?? [img_thumb]http://www.wuala.com/api/preview/Mingeinabag/LOL/Dirty%20landlubber%20be%20aboard%20me%20vessel.png[/img_thumb]
Lol avast. No wonder you are...
FUCKING WANT NOW I have a PC already but holy shit the keyboard sounds amazing. And you can install Windows 7. Holy goddamn shit. [editline]11th April 2011[/editline] I'm sorry but it looks so vintage that my nerd sense is tingling. [editline]11th April 2011[/editline] The keyboard has Cherry switches. Fuck you all this is awesome
oh $592 I think I will wait
