I remember trying this years ago. I think it worked in some way, probably placebo. But I did indeed feel different. You need to have headphones, btw.

It's similar to hypnosis, which is why it doesn't work for a lot of people. Something with bineural sound or something. It rarely works, and the people who say it works are either very relaxed when they try it, or they're lying.
