Airlines are not stupid, you most likely have to prove that you actually work for that LEO agency and they can easily confirm active employment within that agency.

Well the destination is to New York City from anywhere in their coverage, as a round trip flight plan so they won't be stupid and allow them to just go anywhere or change the round trip returning destination.
