Is it that Isis has reached the notoriety that they are inspiring these attacks, which seem to have 1-way relationships between assailants and the terror group, or that police and state officials are tying anything close to Islamic extremism to Isis, so we can pretend this problem is isolated to their organization?

Wow wtf even. In the article the police even mention that he is not known to police for any links to terror groups. Idk just seems like they're trying to tack on more charges for no reason other than to make it more likely to get him convicted on all shit.

While i think he should absolutely be jailed for a good long time because that's some monstrous shit, terrorism? For that? Bit excessive, almost Red Scare-tier imo. Also i see a lot of "alleged" here, doesn't seem like they have any concrete ties, seems more like the kid just has problems.

I mean yeah, he stabbed the shit out of a guy, but it seems like with the current information given about the case he just wanted to stab the shit out of someone and not for any particular reason other than to stab them.
