Limewire still exists?
Limewire still exists?
this how can limewire have that amount of money? just from ads?
Can't be ads, no one uses limewire so no one can see them
A lot of dumb people use limewire actually, I've seen loads of people with it installed.
As I'm sure most people will agree, limewire was terrible. Also they didn't block you transferring the registered version over the network itself. So everyone had the registered verion. Kinda' flawed I think.
But how can you use Limewire, its just a load of viruses right? Viruses and UNDERAGE GIRL SUCKS DICK AND TAKES FIRST ANAL XXX
I never had a virus from Limewire, I thought it was pretty good.
I never had a virus from Limewire, I thought it was pretty good.
Don't be such a knife crime princess
When I was new to computers, Limewire was pretty darn useful. If I wanted a song, i just typed in the name of it and it would most likely be there. Of course, there are loads of better alternatives today. And there was probably always better alternatives. Oh, and I never had any viruses from it either. A bit of common sense is enough to avoid that.
I never had a virus from Limewire, I thought it was pretty good.
Most of the music on limewire is horrid quality. :/
Most of the music on limewire is horrid quality. :/
Some of it was, but not all of it
Most of the music on limewire is horrid quality. :/
When I used limewire, i was too young to care about quality. Besides, 192Kbps is okay. [editline]13th May 2011[/editline] Oh, and my grandfather apparently uses Limewire. I need a solid argument to get him to stop using it.
Somehow Limewire seems to have most songs compared to others
I've gotten tons of viruses from Limewire, but it basically strengthed my common sense. An MP3 has 12 seeders? It's a virus. The MP3 won't preview? It's a virus. The file's 172KB not a few MB? It's a virus. Now it's trash in my nostalgic memory, that I'll forever look back at with a smirk.
Limewire was good for music industry, cause it pretty much flooded the internet with poor quality music so you would just end up buying the soundtrack instead to avoid the hassle.
A program that allows P2P transfers is illegal?

I seriously find it hard to believe that limewire can pay 105 million dollars. Where did they amass so much money?
