Thanks OP, now i just read everything on the wikipedia on all of those worms that can infect humans.
I´ve just learned that you always need to wash your hands to prevent any infection on your hands when you begin to cook. And if your going to eat a raw fish or raw meat than there is small chance that you will get one. But the good thing is i don´t eat raw meat and fish.
