- EVERYTHING is a criminal offense now
- If you visit sites with illegal shit like CP regularly (Very vaguely worded) you can go to prision, this part is very vaguely worded, it could mean that even if you visit a part of the site that doesn't have the material can get you in trouble, but we don't know.
- The legal age is now 16 instead of 13, but has a new part that basically allows teenagers to fuck eachother, so a 16yo can fuck a 15yo.

It's illegal to forget your ID?
Some of these actually make sense
It's illegal to forget your ID?
Not illegal per se, but you get fines from 100 to 600 €
I'm surprised that's the first thing you saw, considering FUCKING PROTEST MARCHES are illegal.
Didn't see anything about jews but
Demonstrating without permission:
with a 600,000 euro fine seems a bit insane.
Taking pictures of the police are illegal? What kind of facist state do you live in.
Taking pictures of the police are illegal? What kind of facist state do you live in.
Out of that list that is what you pick out of it?
The animal abuse is something Ok I think, but the rest seems absurd. Jew jokes, illegal marches (isn't this something to protest about the goverment? ), taking pictures of police. But reading the source, some stuff seems good: the laserpointer infraction, the use of drugs on public, the one about delivering individuals to a drug zone (This is new). But most of them seems like "you cannot protest if you don't meet some standards"
Out of that list that is what you pick out of it?
TBH that and protest marches are the two biggest problems with the new criminal code
Basically, they can decide if protest marches are legal, imagine if a group that is legit and wants to go against the government in pacific protests wants to go on one, they could simply deny permission.
- Taking pictures of the police is now illegal.
This could easily be taken advantage of by the police...
Continuing the proud legacy of Generalissimo Franco I see.
<2h hours left, so while I can:
I don't get why they want to make jew jokes illegal, gas here is way too expensive to even think about it.
nobody expects the new spanish criminal code
=[
And EU Commission is OK with these new laws in Spain?
This could easily be taken advantage of by the police...
Just imagine how many cameramen on news stations and ordinary people taking pictures will be arrested for accidentally getting a policeman in their pictures/videos...

it's three times in three years that you lose your id and they fine you
also it's that they won't imprison you for protest but they will fine you for 30-600k if you assemble in public w/o permission (which is pretty bad)

Fucked up when translating my original thing, I'll fix the OP in a min.

They don't fine you for forgetting your ID three times in a year as far as I know. They fine you if you have to get a new one more than three times in a year. The government keeps a registry of this sort of thing. It's not forgetting where you left your ID either. If you had it stolen and have to get a new one, that probably counts as well.
CP isn't mentioned even once in the entire article. What they mention however is offering sex-related services near schools or public spaces where you may find kids. That means no prostitution near schools or anywhere kids may be usually found. There's most likely a detailed list of spaces that meet this description.
As for the jew jokes, the only thing related to religion in this whole article says that it's illegal to disturb religious gatherings or similar events. That's pretty much it. I doubt making a jew joke right next to a jewish person will get you fined for 601-30k eurobux. That's insanity.
Sorry mate but you may wanna read this stuff through more carefully.
And EU Commission is OK with these new laws in Spain?
The EU is useless
The EU is useless
I'm just counting the days until Kalmar Union 2: Nationalist Boogaloo, especially with how nationalist parties in scandinavia have been gaining a fuckton of headway recently for some reason.

Basically this politician named Zapata could have been fined if he made the jew jokes in twitter he made now.
Yay us! The worst thing is that we'll eat up all this shit and protest even less now.
Taking pictures of the police are illegal? What kind of facist state do you live in.
UK has the same law.
UK has the same law.
That doesn't make it any better.

Oh, that's actually pretty weird. It wasn't in the source you linked so I felt the need to point it out. Only going by what you're giving us here.
That doesn't make it any better.
just sayin
Currently in Spain, gunna be an absolute madman and tell a jew joke tomorrow.
Interpol most wanted list here I come
- Life imprisonment
- Laser pointers pointing at traffic is now illegal, with fines starting at 30k.

These are the only points that make sense.
The rest is retarded, jew jokes illegal? Fuck off.
You guys know what's cool? Freedom.
Apparently Spain's government disagree.
[sp]This is a massive overreaction, but still, these are pretty shitty laws.[/sp]

I don't think it's a massive overreaction to be fair. Banning protesting is a huge sign your freedom is getting reduced quite a lot.
